After being raised in a small town in southern South Dakota, Brad Wilbur entered college at the University of South Dakota. His exemplary record earned him acceptance into the University of Nebraska Dental College after three years of undergraduate training. In 1981 Dr. Wilbur and his wife Anita moved to Henderson, Nevada. The opening of Green Valley Dental Center in 1983 marked the first dental facility in Green Valley.
Over 25 years of quality care has been accompanied by constant upgrading of the facility, including usage of lasers, CEREC one-visit crowns, and digital x-rays. As a long term member of the American Dental Association, Southern Nevada, and Nevada Dental Associations, he has also held offices at the local, state, and national level, including Presisdent of the Nevada Dental Association. He is one of the few Nevada members of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, as well as being chosen as one of the "Best Dentists In Las Vegas."

The Wilburs live in Henderson and are parents of one daughter, Natalie, and share a household with Hunter, the Golden Retriever. Golfing with friends occupies much of their spare time, along with travel to various areas.
